摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the agreement of detecting HbAle in whole blood by boronic acids affinity chromatography and ion exchange chromatography. Methods The HbAle of the same sample was determined by the two methods and the results classed into three levels (＜ 7. 5 ％ , 7. 5 ％～ 11. 5％ , ＞ 11. 5％ ). BlandAltman analysis and Pearson ' s correlation were performed to evaluate the relationships between the results in same level. In BlandAltman plot the agreement of two methods was decided by the limits of agreement. Results Pearson's correlation analysis showed that the HbAle resulting from different methods presented good correlation. However,in level ＞11. 5％ BlandAltman analysis indicated that there was significantbias. Conclusion In high concentration level.the detecting results using two different methods were not consistent. With respect to evaluating the agreement of uantitative data.the BlandAltman analvsis was more reliable than Pearson ' s correlation analysis.关键词
