摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the disease infectious mononucleosis (IM) leukocyte VCS parameters of clinical signifi cance. Coulter LH 750mean channels of cell volume ,conductivity and scattero Methods Coulter LH 750 hematology analyser in 40 children with IM patients (EBV-lgM positive) and 40 healthy controls were analysed to obtain neutrophils ,lymphocytes, monocytes , the VCS (mean channels of cell volume, conductivity and scatter) parameters. Results The IM group,the average size of neutrophils detected value (MNV) and mononuclear cells detected value of the average volume (MMV) was significantly higher than the control group (157. 42± 9. 24/142. 54±3. 86 ; 190. 91± 10. 10/168. 54± 3. 32),with significant differences ;and mononuclear cells detect light scattering, the average value (MMS) and lymphocytes,the average test value of light scattering (MLS) was significantly lower than the control group (81. 19±5. 06/90. 42±2. 25;50. 05 ±4. 57/71. 13±2. 28) ,has a very significant difference. By ROC curve of area (AUCROC) analysis ,the diagnosis of children's IM group, when the MLS's cutoff = 63. 25 .its sensitivity and specificity were 100％. Conclusion In children with infectious mononucleosis diagnosis .MLS of VCS parameters of the white blood cell is the best indicator of rapid diag nosis. It enables physicians to treat patients correctlv and immediatelv.关键词
