Abstract
Objective To research transfer mode of transposon Tn1546 in VRE in order to provide scientific evidence for clinical infection prevention and epidemic investigation. Methods Conjugation tests were done in VREFm by filter mating methods. According to CLSI's guideline ,Antimicrobial susceptibility tests were performed with disk diffusion method. To detect vancomycin resistant genes in conjugons by PCR. Results VanA genes were transferred successfully from 40 VRE donors to Enterococcus faecalis receptors JH22 by filter mating methods. And part of other resistant genes were also trans ferred simultaneously. VanA genes were detected in all of 40 conjugons and it proved all of 40 VRE were successfully transfered. Conclusion Transposon Tn1546 with VanA genes in VRE could be transfered thoroughly through plasmid conjugation transfer test with interspecies. It causes resistant dissemination in Enterococci. Conjugation test is the important method to research resistant transfer in Enterococcci.关键词
