摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution of infectious cases and the changes of drug resistance status of Acine tobacter baumannii isolated from Shanghai Children's Medical Center. Methods The data concerning Acinetobacter baumanrzii infection in Shanghai Children's Medical Center in the period of 2007～2009 were retrospectively and statistically analysed. Results The retrospective analysis results revealed that most of the Acinetobacter baumannii positive cases ( 87. 3 ％ )were come from Intensive Care Unit (ICU ) ; 92. 5 ％ of the Acine.tobacter baumannii positive sample was respiratory tract samples;The KB susceptibility test results showed that the overall upward trend of drug resistance rate in 19 kinds of common using Antibacterials and the significantly increased detection rate of multiple drugresistant strains. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the yearly increased detectable rate and drug resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii in hospital.关键词
