New-Style Solventless Heat-Resistant Bismaleimide Resin and Cabon-Fiber Composites

摘要
Abstract
A new-style solventless heat-resistant bismaleimide resin matrix modified by bisphenol A type cyanate resin was developed. Various basic performances of the modified bismaleimid system such as Viscosity and curing kinetics and mechanical properties and heat resistance were characterised. The results showed that tensile strength of the modified bismaleimide resin was 75. 6 MPa, tensile elongation 2. 4% , flexural strength 111 MPa and glass transition temperature 227. 9℃ . Modified bismaleimide matrix system has relatively lower viscosity and longer working life, so more suits to the wet winding technics. The wet winding method was applied to the preparation of T700 carbon fiber reinforced bismaleimide resin composites. The longitudinal tensile strength of composites was 1668 MPa, longitudinal flexural strength 1 590 MPa, and interlaminar shear strength was 73. 3 MPa.关键词
