摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the value of combined detection of IL-23,acidic isoferritin and alpha-fetoprotein in the diagnosis of primary hepatic cancer. Methods The serum IL-23, AFP and AIF levels were determined respectively by ELISA,electrochemical luminescence immunoassay and immune nephelometry in 59 patients with primary hepatic cancer patients and 39 patients with liver cirrhosis ,and compared with those of the 60 normal control. Results In primary hepatic cancer patients,the positive rates of IL-23,AFP and AIF were 72.88％, 76.27％ and 71.18％ respectively,significantly higher to normal control and cirrhosis group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion Combination assay of IL-23,AFP and AIF has important value in diagnosis of primary hepatic cancer.关键词
