2型糖尿病患者肺功能改变的临床意义

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the changes of pulmonary ventilatory function and diffusive function,analysis of different courses, different complications on pulmonary function effect in type 2 diabetic patients (T2DM). Methods:The Pulmonary ventilation and diffusion capacity of 82 patients with T2DM and 39 healthy objects were measured , the results were compared. Results : The indices of FVC , TLC, MVV , FEV1/FVC , FEV1 , DLCO ,DLCO/VA in the T2DM patients were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). YC,FEV1,MVV,TLC, DLCO and DLCO/VA in diabetics with duration of more than 10 years had significant difference compared with that of the diabetics with duration of less than 10 years (P＜0. 05). The indicies of DLCO and DLCO/VA in T2DM patients with complications were significant lower than those in noncomplication group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion: There are various degrees of disorder in pulmonary ventilatory function and diffusive function of T2DM patients. Early monitoring of ventilation function of the patients would be beneficial for prevention and treatment of pulmonary injury to patients with T2DM.关键词
