Public Participation in Risk Management of Emergent Environmental Pollution Incident
摘要
Abstract
Public participation plays an important role in risk management of emergent environmental pollution incidents.According to different roles in risk management, the public were classified into four types including individuals, nongovenunental organizations, experts and news media. The respects such as types of participants as well as participation content and form were discussed for the three stages of the risk management (i. e. , prevention and preparation, emergent response and accident recovery) respectively. The study provides novel ideas and methods for public participation in risk management, which is helpful to improve the risk management.关键词
