KLF6蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及其与细胞凋亡的相关性
Expression of KLF6 protein on colorectal cancer and its relationship with apoptosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of KLF6, Bax and Bcl-2, their role in Sporadic Colorectal Cancer(CRC) and the possible correlation between KLF6 protein and apoptosis. Methods Expression of protein in Colorectal cancer was examined by immunohistochemistry methods. Apoptosis in colorectal cancer was examined by TUNEL technique. The result of the examination was statistically analyzed. Results Positivity of KLF6 was detected in 82.6％ of the mucosa of adjacent cancer, in 75.0％ of adenomas and in 52.7％ of cancer specimens. There was significant difference in the mucosa of adjacent cancer, colorectal adenomas and colorectal cancer (P ＜ 0.05). The positive rate was 61.8％ in Bax protein expression of colorectal cancer, 43.6％in Bcl-2 protein expression of colorectal cancer. There were significant differences between KLF6 expression and lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and 3-year survival rate. KLF6 expression was significantly correlated with Bcl-2 and Bax expression in colorectal cancer. The Apoptosis Indexes (AI) was statistically related to the expression grade of KLF6 protein. Conclusions In this study, we found that KLF6 protein reduced and played an important role in the development of SCRC. Gene KLF6 nay be an anti-oncogene and may be associated with CRC cell apoptosis.关键词
