摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress markers on atrial fibrillation (AF).Methods One hundred and twenty-five patients with lone AF and 60 controls were enrolled in the study.Serum levels of interleukin (IL)-6, IL-8, IL-10, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, and monocyte chemotactic protein (MCP)-1 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Urinary F2-isoprostanes were quantified by gas chromatography and mass spectroscopy.Results IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNF-α,and MCP-1 concentrations were independently associated with AF (all P ＜ 0.05).A graded increase of TNF-α and IL-10 was shown in paroxysmal, persistent, and permanent AF.Conclusion Inflammation contributes closely to the ocurrence and persistence of AF.关键词
