摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the feasibility,technique and experience of transvaginal hysterectomy for cicatricial non-prolapsed uterus.Methods The clinical data of patients with cicatricial non-prolapsed or non-prolapsed uterus underwent transvaginal hysterectomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results The average operation time and volume of blood loss in patients with cicatricial nun-prolapsed uterus were both higher than those of patients with non-prolapeed uterus [(62.7 min, 45.2min) vs (110.1 mL,85.5 mL) ,P ＜ 0.01].But there were no significant differences in the postoperative hospital stay, time of first flatus,time of first move about and postoperative complications between two groups( P ＞0.05 ).Conclusion Transvaginal hysterectomy may be feasibility and safety for resecting cicatricial non-prolapeed uterus.关键词
