褪黑素联合顺铂对肺腺癌A549细胞生长的影响
Inhibitory Effects of Melatonion Combined with Cisplatin on Proliferation of Human Lung Cancer Cell Line A549
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of melatonin combined cisplatin on the proliferation of lung cancer cells A549.Methods Lung cancer cells A549 were co-cultured with different concentrations of melatonin ( 100,300,500,700, 1 000 μmol/L ) and cisplatin( 2.5,5,10 μg/mL)for 48h, respectively. The inhibitory rate of A549 cells were detected by MTT assay. Results When A549 cells were co-cultured with different concentrations of cisplatin(2.5,5,10 μg/mL) and melatonin (500 μmol/L) ,the inhibitory rates were high to (71.25 ±5.01 )％ ,(86.37 ± 7.10)％ ,(97.63 ±8.65)％ ,respectively.They were significantly higher than those inhitory rates of single cisplatin administration at the same dose( P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion Both melatonin and cisplafin could inhibit the proliferation of lung cancer cells,the combination of them could produce a synergistic effect.关键词
