Chemical Constituents from Lysimachia clethroides

摘要

Abstract

Eight known compounds were isolated from the roots of Lysimachia clethroides. Their structures were elucidated as following based on spectral methods as kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glueopyranoside ( 1 ), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-(2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl) glucopyranoside (2), (+) -catechin (3), (-) -epicatechin (4), (+) -gallocatechin (5), (-) -epigallocatechin (6), (E) -2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), and 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-3 -O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8). All compounds were isolated for the first time from the roots of this plant.
