摘要
Abstract
Zirconia-mullite composites were synthesized successfully using zircon and different aluminium sources include αAl2O3, γ-Al2O3 and Al(OH)3 as the main raw materials by in-situ reacted-sintering.The effect of synthesizing temperature and aluminium sources on the phase composition, microstructures and properties of the synthesized composites were studied by XRD, SEM and EDS and the reacted-sintering mechanisms of the zirconia-mullite composites prepared by in-situ reaction between zircon and different aluminium sources were investgated.The results showed that the zirconia-mullite composites which have excellent compaction can be abtained using zircon and different aluminium sources by in-situ reaction.The optimizing synthesizing temperature is 1 600℃ and majorized aluminium oxide source is α -Al2O3.关键词
