Abstract
Objective To optimize the preparation method of oxymatrine sustained-release microspheres.Methods The orthogonal design was used to test the influence of four main factors in preparation,including amount of chitosan,mass ratio of oxymatrine and chitosan,amount of glutaraldehyde and emulsion cross-linking time.The drug loading and entrapment efficiency of microspheres were used for evaluation indexes.Results The optimum preparation process was the amount of chitosan with 2% ,mass ratio of oxymatrine and chitosan with 1∶1 ,amount of glutaraldehyde with 1 mL and emulsion crosslinking time with 2 h.The drug loading and entrapment efficiency of microspheres werel2.56% and 41.98%.Conclusion The preparation of oxymatrine sustained-release microspheres optimizated by orthogonal design could be a aimple,quick and accurate method.关键词
