摘要
Abstract
The torrential flood in Changyang economic development zone has high flow rate, short collection time, destructive, and other characteristics. Poor system of flood control and waterlogging drainage and other reasons, resulting in a large area of waterlogging and serious flood threat. We suggest that river realignment can be the main means and gradually improve the drainage system so that it can protect the safety of flood control and waterlogging drainage.关键词
