Acidolysis Preparation of Diosgenin at High Pressure from the Cultured Plantlets of Dioscorea zingiberensis
摘要
Abstract
Acidolysis preparation of diosgenin at high pressure from the cultured plantlets of Dioscorea zingiberensis was studied by L16 ( 45 ) orthogonal experiments. The effects of sample quantity, concentration of sulfuric acid, and extraction time were investigated. The results showed that diosgenin content of the plantlets reached 9.12 mg/g under the optimum extraction condition that was 25 mg of sample,0.5 mol/L of sulfuric acid,and 2 h of extraction time.关键词
