美容整形受术者术前生活质量及其与术后满意度的相关研究
Study on preoperative quality of life and the correlation with postoperative satisfaction in plastic and aesthetic surgery patients

Abstract
Objective The study was designed to invest the quality of life and the correlations to postoperative satisfaction in plastic and aesthetic surgery patients. Methods The Generic Quality of Life Inventory -74 (GQOLI-74) was applied to investigated the preoperative quality of life, and the postoperative satisfaction was studied 2 months following surgery.The data was analysised by SPSS16.0. Results Scores of body fuctions, phychological fuctions, social fuctions,material life and the general evaluation of quality of life were (63.93±13.88),(70.61 ±10.60),(70.27±10.89),(67.82±13.88),(14.06±2.53) respectively. And the total rude score of GQOLI was (297.31 ±24.83). In postoperative satisfaction the percents of "very satisfied" was 16.2％, "more satisfied" was 64.9％, "little not satisfied" was 18.9％ and no person selected "very not satisfied". The items of F26,46,57,69 and 72 of GQOLI were correlated with postoperative satisfaction.Conclusions The preoperative quality of life in plastic and aesthetic surgery patients was better than other patients,and the preoperative quality of life was correlated with postoperative satisfaction.关键词
