Abstract
Objective:To evaluate MRCP imaging of gallbladder triangle in predicting difficulty of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:A total of 232 patients received MRCP examination, and the following data were recorded: presence of cystic duct imaging, location of cystic duct entrance, relationship between cystic ampullae and cystic duct, presence of stone incarceration in cystic cervix, thickness of cystic ampullae wall, relationship between cystic ampullae and common bile duct, presence of bile imaging in cyst. Logistic regression analysis was performed to analyse the dissecting time of gallbladder triangle and above data. Results:The following findings prompt difficult operation that are no imaging of cystic duct, type of rabbit tail of relationship between cystic ampullae and duct, cystic duct stating at the middle of ampullae and thicker ampullae wall. Conclusions: MRCP findings on gallbladder triangle can predict difficulty of LC.关键词
