柯萨奇病毒 B3 诱导 HeLa 细胞凋亡
Coxsackievirus B3-Induced Apoptosis in HeLa Cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the dynamic process of apoptosis in HeLa cells induced by Coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3). Methods: After infection with CVB3, HeLa cells were harvested at different time points,cytopathic effect and apoptosis were detected by contrast microscopy, electron microscopy, flow cytometry and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP nickend labeling(TUNEL). Results: Apoptosis of HeLa cells occured in 4 hours after coculture with CVB3, (11.79% ± 0. 962%vs. 4.07% ±0. 665%, P<0. 05),which peaked at 36-48h post-infection. However, apoptosis was inhibited in HeLa cells at 1 hour post-infection with CVB3 (2.21% ± 0. 448% vs. 3.73% ± 0. 637%, P<0.05). Conclusions: CVB3 infection induces apoptosis in HeLa cells, and virus-associated apoptosis may play an important role in the pathogenesis of cytopathic effect.关键词
