The influence of TNF-α on the expression of PIgR and NF-κB subunit in intestinal epithelial cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the influence of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)on the expression of RIgR and RelA/Re1B subunits of nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)in Caco-2 cells. Methods: plgR mRNA, RelA and RelB mRNA of Caco-2 cells were assayed by quantitative Real-time PCR. Results: The increase of expression of genes, RelA and RelB gene in Caco-2 cells was found by the stimulation of TNF-α treatment compared with that of untreatment( P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion: TNF-α stimulates the expression of RIgR genes, RelA/Re1B genes in Caco-2 cells.TNF-α may activate transcription of the PIgR gene through the alternative NF-κB pathway.关键词
