Abstract
Objectives To explore the application of liposuction and improvement removal with minimally invasive in superficial lipoma.Methods Before liposuction surgery,superficial lipoma was marked and opened an incision (about 0.5cm) in the exterior margin of the lipoma.Then after anesthetized by the tumescent technique and hypodermoclysis infusing tumescent infiltration solutions,the majority of the lipoma was sucked and the remanent lipoma and envelope were clamped directly with hemostat.The region of the surgery was pressure dressed.Results In all 28 participants in our clinics from 2009,clip the minimally invasive liposuction surgery got a good effect,with no recurrence after half-ayear follow-up and no other complications.Conclusion The clip the minimally invasive liposuction surgery could remove the lipoma completely with no recurrence,no scar.And this surgery was easy and also could comfort patients.关键词
