HLA-DRB1等位基因与吉林地区汉族乙肝疫苗免疫应答的关联研究
Association of HLA-DRB1 alleles with immune response to hepatitis B vaccine in Chinese Han people of Jilin region

Abstract
Objective: To research the HLA-DRB1 alleles associated with immune response to hepatitis B vaccination in Chinese Han people of Jilin region.Methods: HLA-DRB1 alleles of 84 cases of non responders or hypo-responders to the Hepatitis B vaccination were detected by polymerase chain reaction sequence-specific primer (PCR-SSP), under the comparison with 78 cases of medium or hyper-responders.Results:①The allelic frequencies of HLA-DRB1 * 14 in non-responders or hypo-responders group was 23.8％, wheras in medium or hyper-responder group was 5.13 ％, shown significant differences between the two groups ( P ＜ 0.05); ②The allelic frequencies of HLA-DRB1 * 12 and HLA-DRB1 * 15 in non-responders or hypo-responders group was 4.76％ and 7.14％, wheras in medium or hyper-responders group was 23.1％ and 24.4％,it also showed significant differences between the two groups ( P ＜ 0.05) ;③The allelic frequencies of HLA-DRB1 *07 (2.38％ vs.5.12％ ) ,08(9.52％ vs.8.97％ ) ,09(7.14％ vs.10.3％ ), 11(7.14％ vs.7.69％ ), 13(4.76％ vs.6.41％), 16(4.76％ vs.5.13％ ) were no significant differences between the two groups ( P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion: Immune response to hepatitis B vaccine in Chinese Han people of Jilin region,①Non-response or hypo-responders might be related to HLA-DRB1 * 14 alleles;②HLA-DRB1 * 12,15 is associated with medium or strong responses;③No definite relations have been detected between HLA-DRB1 * 07,08,09, 11,13, 16 alleles and the level of immune response.关键词
