Abstract
Objective By comparing the differences of cellular and humoral immunity between case and control group,the immunity of patients with scar was assessed,so the possible immunity mechanism of the formation scar was presumed.Methods 101 cases of patients with scar were divided into 3 groups (mild, middle and heavy group),50 ones who have physical examined were served as control.T lymphocyte subtypes and cyotoxicity of CD8 T lymphocyte were detected,and the concentration of TNF-β secreted by CD8 T lymphocyte was determined too.Serum was collected fo the detections of INF-r and IL-4,bio-activity method and ELISA were performed for that purpose respectively.Results The differences of the percentage of CD4 T subtype in mild,middle,heavy scar group and control were significant except the comparisons between control and mild scar group,middle scar group and heavy scar group, so did that in CD8 T subtype.The concentraion of INF-r was significantly different among all the groups.The expressions of IL-4 were different except the comparion of mild and middle scar group.About the cytotoxicity of CD8 T lymphocyte,the differences were significant except the comparision of mild and middle scar group under the ratio of effect and target cell was 5∶1.There were significant differences among all the groups about the level of TNF-β.Conclusion Compared to the control group,the adoptive immunit of patients with scar was seen to be in an abnormal state,namely,the cellular immunity increased while the humoral immunity decreased,and this trend becomes more obviously with the more serious of scar tissue.This indicated that the formation of scar tissue might be related to the increasment of cellular immunity and the decreasment of humoral immunity.关键词
