Abstract
Objective To search the technique to correct the secondary unilateral nasal deformity.Methods Using autogenous rib cartilage grafting to strengthen the nasal columella and to augment the nasal tip projection,using autogenous dermis grafts to elevate and support the alar base and provide a stable base for the nasal reconstction,on the base of new position,alar cartilage sling procedure and adjust width of the nostril base will achieve the desired shape.Results 16 patients were received this operation, their nasal alar,nostril,sill,and the outboard foot et al,on the two sides are symmetry,and the result is good.Conclusion Using autogenous rib cartilage grafting and dermis grafts to strengthen the nasal columella and elevate the alar base procedure is effective to correct secondary cleft lip nasal deformity.关键词
