摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety about Metacycline combining 0.025％ Tretinoin Cream to treat acne vulgaris. Methods 116 acne vulgaris' patients were incorporated into two groups: treatment group and matched group. Group A: 59 patients were taken orally Metacycline capsules 0.3, twice a day. Group B: 57 patients were taken orally Metronidazole tablets 0.2, three times a day. Both groups were used 0.025％ Tretinoin Cream before sleep for use external, once a day. The course of treatment: 4 weeks. Results The care rate: Group A 62.7％,Group B 28.1％.The effective rate: Group A 94.9％ ,Group B 71.9％ .The comparative differences between the two groups' care rate and effective rate have statistical significance (x2=2.48,P＜0.01). Conclusion Metacycline is a very good antibiotic to treat the acne vulgaris. This treatment is efficacious and safe.关键词
