基于委托代理理论的农户耕地保护补偿标准分析
Analysis on Compensation Standard of the Farming Household's Cultivated Land Protection Based on the Theory of Principal-agent

Abstract
The improvement trend of cultivated land preservation is to give the farming household economic compensation in view of the preservation cost of cultivated land. However the beneficiaries often don't know the preservation cost of cultivated land, so it is difficult to set the economic compensation standard. Based on the theory of principal-agent, this paper sets government utility function and farming household's compensation function under two kinds of situations that the information which the government and farmers get are consistent or inconsistent. After calculation, the paper draws the following conclusions: Under the complete information condition, the trustee should determine the standard of compensation according to the agent' s cultivated land preservation cost. Compared with the complete information condition, under the non-complete information condition, the compensation is higher in the low cost area, and in the high cost area, the compensation is lower.关键词
