Selection of Optimal Culture Medium for Strain LHJ1 of Laetiporus sulphureus
摘要
Abstract
The effects of different method and stock cutlure media on mycelium growth of the strain LHJ1 of Laetiporus sulphureus were studied.The results showed that the effects of various media on mycelium growth status were different.The mother culture medium on which the mycelium grew fastest and halest was medium ⑥.The medium ① and ⑤ are good stock culture media.关键词
