阴-阳离子改性沸石处理染料废水
Treatment of Dye Wastewater with Anion-Cation Modified Zeolite
摘要
Abstract
The anion-cation modified zeolite were prepared by incorporating both cationic surfactant bromide cetyltrimethylammonium and anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate to zeolite.Its structure was characterized by XRD and IR.The effects of removing methylene blue dye wastewater with the anion-cation modified zeolite were investigated.The results showed that under the condition of pH = 8 、 normal temperature 、 absorption time 100 rain and dosage of anion-cation modified zeolite 20 g/L,the removal rate of methylene blue in wastewater(160 mg/L) by anion-cation modified zeolite could be up to 99.32%.Residual concentration is far below the national emission standards.According to the adsorption isotherm curves of methylene blue on anion-cation modified zeolite, the regularity of adsorption fit Langmuir adsorption model.关键词
