Abstract
With the changes of disease category and death cause category, the increase of chronic non - communicable diseases and its irreversibility, and great increase in medical expenses, there has been an increasing focus on health management.There are many problems in current community health management.From the medical ethics perspective, we propose the advice that health management in the community should be carried out from the governmental, institutional and public responsibility aspects, which is of great significance to construct the harmonious doctor- patient relationship and harmonious society.关键词
