Abstract
"Humanistic medicine" is the development trend of modem medicine. The improvement of humanistic quality is an important measure of forming and developing humanistic medicine. Diplomates as a group of young and vigorous medical talents, will grow into the backbone of the medical professionals. As diplomates team continues to expand, how to effectively train and optimize their medical humanities quality and develop a favorable environment of health care has become the current research focus. A continuing medical education based, gradual realization of the optimization of diplomates'medical humanities quality is not only the demand of the all - round development of diplomates, but also the key to the future development of hospitals.关键词
