Abstract
Objective To structure composite index to assess satisfaction on free pit and fissure sealing for children in Beijing. Methods Determine indicators with Delphi, in-depth interview and focus group discussion and obtain indicators' weights by principal component analysis and calculate the satisfaction composite index. Results Two thousand one hundred and fifty persons were surveyed, including 250 children who accept free pit and fissure sealing, 900 children'parents and 1 000 other people. The most satisfaction aspect of the children' s parents was the service attitude of the hospital with 83.3 percent. The satisfaction composite index was 81.93. Conclusion The activity gained satisfaction of targeted population, but some improvement is still in need.关键词
