Abstract
Intra-arterial chemotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer mainly includes arterial perfusion or chemoembolization by radio-interventional therapy. Currently, there have been rather few relatire reports in this field. This article is to discuss the key issues of the clinical application of intra-arterial.chemotherapy in five aspects, including the selection of chemotherapeutics, the method of intra-arterial chemotherapy and allocation of drugs, the choice of blood vessels, the serious complications, as well as the choosing of proper surgical timing after intra-arterial chemotherapy.关键词
