Random Response Characteristic Analysis of Turbine Rotor Based on Integral Stochastic Finite Element Method

Abstract
Considering the random character of the material parameters and load parameters of the turbine rotor, the integral stochastic finite element method was embedded into ANSYS by using the secondary development function of ANSYS-APDL, and the calculation program module was generated which could calculate the order central moments, skewness coefficient and kurtosis coefficient of the random response variable of turbine rotor relative to the random input variables. The post-processing program of ANSYS was used to display the calculation results, and then analyzed how the random input variables were influenced by the random response variable of the turbine rotor. Finally, against the Monte-Carlo method, the results show that this method is applicable for complex structural model, and using it can lead to fast speed, much less amount of calculation and high accuracy.关键词
