Abstract
International and domestic discussions of the concept of health promote people's understanding of health: As a multidimensional concept, health is the basis for a better life and the ability to adapt to society.An all - round, population - based promotion is the direction for continuous improvement of health.The evolution of the concept of health enlightened that the healthcare reform should further promote the recognition, participation, and cooperation of the service providers, service recipients, and potential recipients to perform the objectives of healthcare reform.关键词
