摘要
Abstract
Objechve : To explore the application value of fat saturation FIESTA scanning sequence in M RCP .Methods : The conventional MRCP and fat saturation FIESTA scanning sequence data from 35 cases of clinicopathologically confirmed obstructive jaundice diseases were analyzed respectively.Results : The fat saturation FIESTA scanning sequence demonstrated intense signal in blood and body fluids with very fast imaging times.It had some resolving power for soft tissue , and could show the structures of pancreaticobiliary tracts and circumferential organs well.Combining conventional M RCP and MIP reconstructive tomography , the fat saturation FIESTA scanning sequence could completely show the pictures of obstructive jaundice diseases so as to raise the diagnosis accordance rate.Conclusion : The fat saturation FIESTA scanning sequence combining with conven tional MRCP should be a routine scanning sequence for pancreaticobiliary disorders .关键词
