黄色羊驼皮肤细胞周期素依赖蛋白激酶5(CDK5)完整CDS区结构域分析
The Analysis of Domain of Full CDS Region of CDK5 from Yellow Alpaca Skin
摘要
Abstract
The full CDS region of Cyclin-dependent Kinase 5 ( CDK5 ) from yellow alpaca skin were obtained by RTPCR. The size of CDS of CDK5 was 891 bp, which had high homology with that of other mammalians and so it was conserved highly. The domain of full CDS region of CDK5 was analyzed. The results showed that amino acids from 10 to 203 contained several activation sites such as ATP binding site and substrate binding site. And I25 was one of the predicted substrate. It also showed that amino acids from 1 to 9 and from 204 to 292 were the non-activation sites, but there found a leucine zipper-like structure which localized in C-end and may correlate with transcription regulation.关键词
