靶向纳米探针介导的近红外激光热疗
Near-infrared Region Photothermal Therapy using Targeting Nanoprobe
摘要
Abstract
The pursuit of efficient and highly target-selective transporters is an active topic in cancer targeting therapy.Here, a novel functioned nanoprobe based on integrin αvβ3 monoclonal antibody labeled carbon nanotubes was developed to targeting and killing cancer cells under laser irradiation. The results revealed that the nanoprobe had a high efficieney in cancer cell targeting and killing in integrin αvβ3 positive U87MG cells, could be used as a potential photothermal transduction nanoprobe for cancer targeting therapy.关键词
