光动力学疗法的单态氧剂量学研究进展
The Research Progress in Singlet Oxygen Dosimetry for Photodynamic Therapy

Abstract
Singlet oxygen ( 1 O2 ) is believed to be the major cytotoxic species generated during Type-Ⅱ photochemical reaction of photodynamic therapy ( PDT), and the direct detection of 1 O2 luminescence has received considerable attention during the past two decades. The most attractive advantage of this photo-physics-based technique for direct PDT dosimetry is that it can circumvent the complicated interactions between photosensitizer, treatment light and molecular oxygen. It has been previously demonstrated that PDT efficiency is correlated well with cumulative 1 O2 luminescence counts detected during PDT treatment. In this review, the generation of 1O2 during photosensitization and detection techniques of 1O2 luminescence are introduced, and the 1 O2 lifetimes in different solvents are summarized. Furthermore, the most recent advances in PDT-1 O2 dosimetry for in vitro cell model, in vivo animal model, and pre-clinical studies are presented in details. Finally, the challenges and trends in developing PDT-1 O2 dosimetry for clinical application are briefly discnssed.关键词
