摘要

Abstract

The factors that influenced expression level of Rossetta( DE3 )/pGEX-KG/AtGIDla were optimized using uniform design. The optimization induction condition for the solubility protein expression were investigated. The results were as followed: 16 g/L peptone, 5 g/L yeast powder, 4 g/L glucose, 0. 1 mmol/L IPTG, 23 ℃ induction tempera ture and 4 h induction time. The average density of interest protein had increased from 0.042 to 0. 064. The optimization rate was 52 %.
