摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect, the procedures and the management of perioperative complications in treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms(AAA) by covered endovascular stent graft. Methods Endovascular stent repair of AAA was performed in 14 patients who were diagnosised AAA by CTA. Results The operations of 14 cases were successfully performed. Three cases showed Ⅰ type endoleak in superior extremity and the endoleak disappeared after installing cuff in 1 case. The endoleaks of other 2 cases also disappeared three months later. All cases had no serious complications. Two years'follow- up showed the appearance and positions of stents were well without stent - displace, endoleak in all cases. Conclusions Endovascular stent repair of AAA is highly achievement ration, minimally invasive, less complication and quick recovery after operation. The method of operation is easier, and the stability of stent is higher.关键词
