摘要
Abstract
Objectives To explore pre- and post-operative psychological characteristics and nursing measures of carcinoma of rectum permanence colostomy.Methods Forty-eight cases carcinoma of rectum permanence colostomy were selected from Jan, 2004 to Dec, 2009 in our hospital.According to the pre-and post-operative psychological characteristics, homologous nursing measures were carried out.Results By nursing intervention, psychological obstacle was eliminated and both operative toleration and quality of life were raised with 46 cases within 48 patients.Conclusions Consummate pre-operative psychological nursing measures may abatement mental stress of patients and family, win the cooperation and increase the operative toleration of patients.Consummate post -operative psychological nursing measures may make patients handle the life change after permanence colostomy correctly and increase the confidence of recurring to the life before operation and social action.Therefore, patients' quality of life can be raised.关键词
