Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of edaravone on acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after thrombolytic reperfusion injury.Methods Sixty - nine cases of AMI patients were randomly divided into treatment group ( n = 35 ) and control group ( n = 34).The incidence of reperfusion arrhythmias, serum enzyme dynamics after thrombolysis, determination of cardiac function were observed after the treatment of the 2 groups.Results After the treatment, there were significantly differences of the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia, dynamic serum enzyme, left ventricular ejection fraction in the two groups(P＜0.01).Conclusion Edaravone can reduce myocardial reperfusion injury after thrombolytic therapy with AMI, at the same time can improve heart function in the near future.关键词
