Distributed Adaptive Channel Assignment in WLANs
摘要
Abstract
This paper proposes a simple and efficient distributed channel allocation algorithm. It uses comprehensive dynamic network information to make better channel assignment decision. A back-off mechanism is designed to reduce the collision overhead during the algorithm running. The extensive NS2 simulation result shows that, compared with the traditional distributed ones, the new algorithm is converged quickly,reliable and stable, so effectively increases the network overall throughout.关键词
