Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods Three hundred and fifty patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups, each group contain 175 patients. Patients in group A were treated with Magnesium isoglyeyrrhizinate injection. Patients in group B received compound glycyrrhizin injection. The treatment course was 4 weeks. Patients were visited once every 2 weeks after the treatment. To observe the efficacy and safety and adverse reactions,patients in two groups were compared with each other. Results Three hundred and twenty - four patients completed the study according to the protocol, 168 in group A, 156 in group B. After 2 weeks and 4 weeks, the efficacy of indicators(ALT, AST, TBil markedly effective, efficient, with a total efficiency) of group A were significantly better than group B(P＜0.05). The rate of adverse event in two groups was similar( P ＞0.05). Conclusion Magnesiu isoglycyrrhizinate is an effective and safe treatment for chronic hepatitis B.关键词
