摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The research aimed to build a complete evaluating indicator on the rotted degree of kitchen residue. [ Method ] Based on the eomposting process of aerobic composting, the characteristics of kitchen residue composting were analyzed. [ Result] The factors of pH value, conductivity, organic matter, entire nitrogen, carbon to nitrogen ratio, cationic exchange content, nutrient, pollutant content and so on were determined as evaluation index of rotted degree of composting. [ Conclusion] The research provided theoretical basis for kitchen residues production and fertilizers application.关键词
