156株犬源大肠杆菌耐药谱型分析
Drug-resistance Pattern Analysis of 156 Strains of Escherichia coli Isolated from Dogs
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for choosing antibiotics, preventing and treating canine colibacillosis. [ Method]Kirby-Bauer method was used to test the drug sensitivity of 156 strains of E. coli isolated from dogs to eight kinds of antibacterial agents such as ceftriaxone and florfenicol. [ Result ] The drug resistance rates of 156 strains of E. coli to ceftriaxone ( CRO), gentamicin ( GEN ), micronomicin(MCR), lincomycin (LIN), sulfamonomethoxine (SUM), floffenicol (FLR), tobramycin (TOB), levofloxacin (LVX) were 83.3%,66.7% , 73.7% , 84.6% , 76.3% , 88.3% , 63.5% and 80.8% respectively. [ Conclusion ] The drug resistance patterns mainly were CRO/GEN/MCR/LIN/SUM/FLR/TOB/LVX and CRO/TOB/MCR/LIN/SUM/FLR/LVX, accounting for 33.97% (53/156) and 30.13% (47/156) respectively.关键词
