Abstract
The basic principles and technical route of T-RFLP ( terminal-restriction fragment length polymorphism) were introduced in this paper, the advantages of T-RFLP over traditional research methods for studying intestinal microflora of broilers were discussed. Meanwhile, the development of the application of T-RFLP technique for studying microflora in the broiler gut and its problems and solutions were also summarized in this paper.
