87例直肠腺癌患者肿瘤分期和细胞免疫状态分析

Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between periphery blood T lymphocytes subgroup and the stage of rectal adenocarcinoma in patients who could be cured surgically.Method CD3, CD4, CD8,CD4/CD8, natural killer (NK) cells and B cells of 87 patients with preoperative rectal adenocarcinoma and 40 controls were tested by flow ctyometry.Results The expression of CD8 and NK cell of patients in preoperative rectal adenocarcinoma group was significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05); the expression of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8, NK and B cells had no significant differences among Duke's A, B and C stage,different T stage and N status (P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusion The rectal adenocarcinoma patients have an unbalanced function of cytoimmunity; and the status of cytoimmunity of rectal adenocarcinoma patients who could be cured surgically has no significant correlation with tumor stage.关键词
