Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the rationality of the application of antihypertensive drugs in the inpatients in different departments of our hospital.METHODS: 100 medical records of discharged patients from vasculocardiology department (corctrol group) and 94 records from TCM department(experiment group) were researched and analyzed in 2010.RESULTS: Of 194 medical records, the rate of rational chug use in control group was 58.0％ and 38.3％ in experimental group.Each group had a case of violating the medication contraindication.In the selection of drug species, control group was likely to apply Amiodipine besylate tablets (38.0％) while experimental group tended to choose Nifedipine sustained-release tablets (34.0％).In the choice of dosage form, experimental group tended to choose domestic Nifedipine sustained-release tablets (Shengtongping, 34.0％ ) while control group was likely to use imported one (Adalat, 19.0％ ).In drug combination, 35 patients in experimental group took multiple antihypertensive drugs (37.2％) and 73 cases in control group (73.0％).CONCLUSION: The inappropriate use of antihypertensive drugs still exists in different departments of our hospital.Especially, the utilization of antihypertensive drugs in TCM department needs to be improved in terms of reasonable selection of drug species, dosage form, drug combination.关键词
